We’re excited to announce the inaugural Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Symposium, taking place on Thursday, April 23, 2026. This event provides undergraduate students from all disciplines the opportunity to showcase their work, and prizes will be awarded to top presenters.

Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Symposium
Thursday, April 23, 2026
9 a.m.–5 p.m.
IMU Alumni Hall, Walnut and Oak Rooms, and Whittenberger Auditorium
Interested students are invited to complete the Student Interest Form. You will be notified once the application cycle opens. Selected participants will be able to choose preferred presentation times in early April.
Graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and staff who are interested in serving as judges are welcome to sign up. All judges will receive a small thank-you gift and lunch.
Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Month
This symposium is part of a broader initiative to celebrate the research and creative accomplishments of undergraduate students throughout the month of April. IUUR publishes a calendar of these events to promote awareness and inspire future researchers.
